We're sure you are all very busy knackered fashionistas, which is why we recommend that you take a break and give yourself an at-home mani...or, if you'r isn't there, an at-desk mani! Enjoy!
1. Wash Up: Before you start, wash your hands! This is a very important part, because it removes any disgusting oils and dirt that may be on your hands and nails. Make sure you lather up, too, to get extra clean.
2. Cuticles: Using a cuticle pusher, move your cuticles back (but not too far!) so that more nail is exposed. If you have any hang nails, trim those, too.
3. Base Coat: Now it's time for the first coat. We always recommend using a base coat, not only to protect your nails, but also to make sure that when you remove the varnish there won't be a gross dye from the color left on your nails.

4. Varnish Time: It's the moment of truth: what polish will you pick? Try out the tree!
5. Get Painting: Using even brush strokes, start with a full brush of your color. Drop it slowly to bottom of your nail, and quickly move the paint upwards in a wide movement. Go back to the bottom, and spread the polish upwards until the nail is filled.
6. Dry: It's very important to let your nails fully dry between polish coats. Wait about fifteen minutes or so, and then repeat step five.
7. Top Coat: Never go without topcoat---it's like forgetting perfume: something a knackered fashionista NEVER does!

8. Upkeep: It's important to make your manicure last without looking tacky or cheap. We recommend reapplying the top coat every three to four days. In the event of chippage, take the color you used and apply a tiny bit to cover the chip. When it dries completely, add a topcoat again.
