Tests are the worst, we know. That's why these tips will hopefully make a difference for your next test! Now listen up, and try these out before hitting the books.
1. Get Comfy: It's impossible to study well if your uncomfortable. I always suggest fleecy leggings, slipper socks, and a comfy sweatshirt.

2. Take Breaks: It's super bad to just sit there and study for so long without getting up and moving around. Every 45 minutes or so, stand up, walk around, and stretch out. Every few hours, go for a walk or just rest your mind
3. Eat Healthy and Drink Water: This tip explains itself, basically. Eating healthy will fuel your brain, and drinking water is good for you anyways. Don't starve yourself, or else your brain won't function as well.
4. Reward Yourself: You deserve it! At certain times throughout your studying, reward yourself with a treat. Whether its a break, a snack, or fifteen minutes of social media, rewarding yourself pushes you to keep going. My favorite is gummy bears. Yes, gummy bears. Every couple of paragraphs, I put a gummy bear at the end. When I reach the bear, it's a reward!
5. Take Notes: Even if it's the most simple paragraph for your easiest class, taking notes will help engrave that information into your brain before it is crowded out by whatever else you're cramming for. Writing things down will absolutely make you memorize it.
6. Color Code: I cannot stress this enough! Whether it is just one color for a certain class, or a more complex system, color coding will help your brain match certain colors to certain information. This is a big help during exams.
7. Relax: Last but not lest, relax. It may seem impossible, but it is very important. In the end, stressing about this will always make taking a test more work than necessary. In the big picture, one test with a not s hot grade it no big deal. So, sit down, take a break, and relax.
